Further to my previous question - what is the most appropriate completion to an email these days. There seems to be so many choices - Best Regards, Kind Regards, Cheers .... and many other options. Is there one good catch all phrase that works in all situations?

    Thanks again

Hi Catherine... I may have answered this in my response to your previous posting. Sorry! Let me answer it here too.

Use the safe and standard options, 'Best Regards' or 'Regards'. If you do this, your readers will not be surprised by anything over-casual, or over-friendly. Avoid, 'Cheers', 'Best', or 'Rgds'.
